The Kowloon Tsai Home Owners Association is committed to promoting the development of sports in Hong Kong and to providing greater access to the Club's facilities by the following approved outside bodies:
‧ any schools registered under the Education Ordinance (Cap. 279)

Booking Procedures for General Booking
- 1. Fill in the application form and return to the Club by hand, email or post with required documents before 14 working days commencement date of events and activities.
- Booking will be confirmed by the Club within 7 working days exclusive Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The applications will be processed on a first-come-first-
- served basis.
- 2. Enclosed photocopies of the Hong Kong Identity Card of Responsible Person

Booking Procedures for Priority booking

1. Fill in the application form and return to the Club by hand, email or post with required documents before 30 working days commencement date of events and activities.

Booking will be confirmed by the Club within 7 working days exclusive Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served

- 2. If more than one application for the same session from outside bodies are received, the applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis

Terms and conditions of using the facilities
Users shall observe all the Club’s bye-laws at all times.
Methods of payment
Settle the appropriate fee by cross cheque made payable to “The Kowloon Tsai Home Owners Association” within 7 working days upon the receipt of advice of payment issued by the Club, otherwise booking will be cancelled.
