Associate Membership
Any person, regardless of nationality, race or creed, over the age of 21 may apply to become an Associate Member, when proposed by an Ordinary Member and seconded by another or members of the Association. Membership will cover the applicant's spouse and children under 21 years old.
Ordinary Membership
Any person who is a property owner in the Kowloon Tsai areas and over the age of 21 (areas of Crownland specified in the agreement between the Crown and the Hong Kong Building & Investment Co. Ltd) may apply to become an Ordinary Member. Membership will cover the applicant's spouse and children under 21 years old.
Corporate Ordinary Membership
Any corporation, firm, or a group of two or more persons who are property owners in the Kowloon Tsai area (areas of Crownland specified in the agreement between the Crown and the Hong Kong Building & Investment Co. Ltd.) may apply to become Corporate Ordinary Members. Each member may nominate either one family or one individual as its representative.

All of membership are non-transferable. Also, the membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any Member, except for Corporate Nominee Member, Sporting Member, who is about to leave Hong Kong for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months may apply to be placed on the Absentee Membership List. Absentee Membership Annual Fee: 3 months of regular membership monthly fee.
While their membership has been temporarily suspended, Absentee Members will not be able to utilize any of their Club rights, including the use of recreational and dining facilities. If Absentee Members are temporarily staying in Hong Kong and wish to use Club facilities, they may do so by paying a regular monthly fee to the Club.
